Trust and transparency are important to Plan. We are one of the few global organisations to publish combined worldwide financial statements that detail our fundraising and spending.

Plan ensures that administrative and fundraising costs are strictly managed so that the highest possible amount goes to children and families.

Financial Highlights

In fiscal year 2016, the total income of Plan International Hong Kong was HK$63.86 million, an increase of 10.3 percent over last year. Child Sponsorship continued to be our major source of donations, representing 90 percent of the total. Other revenue came from one off donationas from individual donors, major donors and corporate donors.

Funds raised by Plan Hong Kong are remitted to the headquarters in England, except for the amount which has been held to support the Hong Kong office operation, and thereafter allocated globally from a central source in accordance with the spirit and intent of donors.
