Supporter Services Officer (Telemarketing)


  • Responsible to carry out in-house telemarketing activities with follow up actions to engage, retain and cultivate donors
  • Responsible follow-follow up work of outsourced telemarketing campaigns
  • Handle all enquiries with the team, including but not limited to telephone and email by providing adequate and accurate information to donor orthe general public
  • Handle difficult and complaint cases by phone, report and escalate to Senior Officer if needed
  • Prepare incoming inquiries and outbound call performance reports
  • Prepare telephone call scripts and share telephone skills with team members, part-time staff, and volunteers
  • Work closely with the team to enhance smooth operation flow
  • Update donors’ information properly to ensure the database is kept in the most accurate manner
  • Support administrative work including but not limited to ordering and stock taking of letterhead and envelope, reporting of franking machine usage, etc
  • Support donor activities and organisation events


Level of education

  • University Degree preferably in Business, Customer Services, Management, Social Sciences, or other related disciplines

Knowledge / Job Specific Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience in customer services or call centre
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, Chinese word processing
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant SupporterServices Officer
