PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position assists the Manager to provide a seamless customer experience so as to maximize the support from the donors and supporters.
  • Communicate with donors by making various outbound telephone calls, including welcoming donors, courtesy calls, miss payment reminders, cancellation notifications, recurring donation end-date reminders, and upgrading donation amounts, etc.
  • Update donors’ information as per donors’ request to ensure the database is kept in the most accurate manner
  • Assist in clerical work within the team when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Level of education

  • Form 5 or above, passed in HKCEE/ DSE English and Chinese

Knowledge / Job Specific Competencies

  • Working experience in customer services or call centre is an advantage
  • University students are also welcomed
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook, Chinese word processing
  • Commit to work at our office at least 2 days a week on a regular timeslot

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • This is a part-time position based in Hong Kong with a maximum of 17 working hours per week
