PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to acquire donors to support our Child Sponsorship Programme and other one-off donations projects including but not limited to emergency appeals and Gift of Hope
  • Supervise and coach the subordinate to develop and implement strategies to achieve the fundraising target of Girls Fund and carry out other fundraising initiatives
  • Work with the digital marketing vendor to maximize SEM and SEO performance
  • Manage the telemarketing agency for various upgrade and conversion activities
  • Coordinate field trips to gather communications resources for promoting the Child Sponsorship Programme and other one-off donations projects
  • Develop and handle the Child Sponsorship Bounce back card project
  • Produce marketing evaluation reports for continuous improvement
  • Work with the IT Manager and Supporter Services team in reviewing /enhancing payment methods and to ensure a smooth online donation experience.

Level of education

  • University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines

Knowledge / Job Specific Competencies

  • Minimum 7 years experience in marketing; strong knowledge in digital marketing with working experience in NGO preferred
  • Experience in devising and executing integrated marketing campaigns to achieve the set goals
  • Good numerical analytics skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge of graphic software
  • Knowledge in printing and video production
  • Good written Chinese and English skill
