Supporter Services Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who has a passion in serving the underprivileged children to join our team as Supporter Services Coordinator.

Reporting to the Donor Engagement Manager, this position in the Supporter Services Department play a crucial role in delivering quality supporter / donor services through daily communications and supporter activities. This role provides support to develop a closer relationship between Plan International Hong Kong and its supporters.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry job and follow up with donors via phone or email
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Support mailing of donor communication materials
  • Support daily hotline and email communication with donors as well as follow up work
  • Support donor activities and organisation events
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • At least 1 year working experience, preferably in data entry, administration and customer services
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
  • Accurate and fast typing skills in Chinese and English is a must
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Patient, well-organised, efficient and with good attention to details
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agree with Plan International’s mission and vision and observe strictly to data privacy and policies of safeguarding children and young people
