Customer Services Assistant Officer / Officer (1 year contract)

PRINCIPAL ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

This position engages our donors and supporters by providing excellent customer services and supporting the department’s logistics.

PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver professional customer service through inbound & outbound calls, email and walk-in
  • Perform data entry and update of customer information and transaction into the CRM
  • Handle the letter printing and mail coordinating such as welcome letters, and receipts etc.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of engagement activities, events and trips
  • Support ad-hoc duties if required

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • HKCEE/DSE or above with 1 year’s relevant work experience. Fresh graduate is also welcome with on-the-job training provided
  • Good spoken and writing in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • A team player with good attention to details
  • Passionate to work in the NGO industry and motivated by our Plan’s values

CONDITION OF SERVICES:

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Officer
  • Stable working hours, 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
  • 5 days work week and public holidays
